Samarzich v. Aetna Life Ins. Co‪.‬

Plaintiff brought this action to recover the compensation prescribed by the terms of an accident insurance policy. Trial was had before a jury. At the conclusion of plaintiffs case, defendant challenged the legal sufficiency of the evidence and moved the court for a judgment in its favor, as a matter of law. The court sustained the challenge and rendered judgment for defendant. The plaintiff has appealed.
