Samih Berro v. Workmens Compensation

Samih Berro (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workmens Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that inter alia, reversed a referees decision which had granted Claimants claim petition on the ground that Claimants injuries, sustained in an automobile accident while enroute to a physical therapy session prescribed as treatment for an earlier work-related injury, were compensable. We reverse the Board and reinstate the referees decision.
