MADDEN, Judge: The appellant brought this suit in the United States District Court against the appellees, asserting against them claims
for damages based on two sections of the Civil Rights Act, sections 1983 and 1985 of title 42, U.S.Code. The appellant asserted
jurisdiction in the district court under 28 U.S.C. § 1343(3) and (4) and invokes this court's jurisdiction in this appeal
under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1291 and 1915.
