Sampson v. State Bar of California

We review here the recommendation of the Disciplinary Board of the State Bar that petitioner Lenard Sampson be disbarred from the practice of law. Although we conclude that the disciplinary boards findings are, in large part, supported by the evidence, we conclude that the appropriate discipline should be probationary suspension for five years with actual suspension of two years.
