San Juana Gonzalez v. Phoenix Frozen Foods

Appellants, San Juana Gonzalez, et. al., appeal the trial courts granting of a motion for summary judgment based on statute of limitations grounds. By a single point of error, appellants argue that the summary judgment against them was in error since they raised issues of material fact as to the exercise of due diligence in serving appellees with a citation. We affirm.
