State v. Pilik

Following a jury trial, James Pilik was found guilty of felony driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI). I.C. §§ 18-8004, 18-8005(5). He appeals the district court's order denying his motion to suppress evidence and the district court's admission of evidence concerning his prior DUI convictions. We vacate the judgment of conviction and remand for a new trial. I.
