[T][U] Mca Records Inc. V. Charly Records Ltd

Plaintiff MCA Records, Inc., brings this trademark action against three foreign corporations. The district court entered default judgments against all three defendants. On appeal, the only issue raised by Defendants is whether the district courts jurisdiction over them was exercised in accordance with the Due Process Clause. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and affirm the judgment of the district court.
