[T][U] United States V. Lach

Thaddeus Lawrence Lach appeals his conviction for subscribing false income tax returns in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7206(1). Specifically, he argues that the district courts denial of his motion for a new trial was improper because of numerous alleged errors at trial. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm.
