MEMORANDUM* Tanya Smith appeals the ninety-two-month sentence imposed upon her by the district court after her plea of guilty to one count of conspiracy, fourteen counts of interstate transportation of money obtained by fraud, one count of bank fraud, and thirteen counts of money laundering. We affirm in part and dismiss in part for lack of jurisdiction. Discussion 1. Supervisor or Manager The district court adjusted Smith's offense level upward three levels pursuant to U.S.S.G. § 3B1.1(b).1
