What do you do when you discover that your life has been forever changed and that you must live with the scars of someone else's mistakes and cover-up? As a high school student, Janet had surgery and lost the use of her legs. Ten surgeries and fifteen years later, she was shocked to learn that her unfortunate surgical outcome was due to medical negligence and concealment. Janet has since become the voice for others who have suffered medical malpractice. California laws have been unanimously passed as a result of her story.
