Tampa Wholesale Co. v. Foodtown

The State of Florida is the appellant here. The appeal is from an order granting appellee, Talmadge A. Buchanans motion to quash the information and supplemental motion in support of immunity, and appellee, David Shifrins, motion to quash the information. The motions were directed to a second information filed pursuant to an indictment returned by the Dade County Grand Jury.
