Publisher Description

Action by plaintiff Ted Campbell to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile collision. The original defendants were Leslie J. Wilson, a minor, who was the driver of one of the cars which collided and Reginald Wilson, his father, the owner of the car driven by Leslie J. Wilson. Badger State Mutual Casualty Company (hereafter the insurance company or the company) was later impleaded as a defendant. Defendants Wilson, by cross-complaint against the insurance company, alleged insurance coverage at the time of the accident and demanded judgment against the company for any amount for which they might be found liable to plaintiff.
