Laura and Joe spend three wonderful days together doing New Orleans royally and become engaged. Before leaving, he drops by Cajun Manor where he'd visited Shirley, the older woman after Airforce Basic Training. Joe is troubled seeing Shirley and Jill holding the hands of children.
