Theresa A. Helvey v. Lynn Oneill

ONeill (ONeill), on his Complaint for Partition of a tract of real estate, and from a judgment denying a counterclaim of defendants-appellants, Theresa and John Helvey (Helvey), for tortious interference with contractual relations. We affirm. FACTS -- Lucille Mahoney (Mahoney) was the owner of a farm located in Cass Conty, Indiana, which is the subject of this appeal.
