Theresa Gail Letson v. State Texas

Appellant, Theresa Gail Letson, appeals her judgments of conviction for two counts of assault. TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. ? 22.01 (Vernon 1989). The jury rejected appellants not guilty plea, and the Court assessed punishment at one year confinement in the Harris County Jail probated for one year with a fine of two hundred and fifty dollars on each count of the indictment. We affirm.
