Thiel v. Jahns Et Ux‪.‬

This was an action commenced on April 19, 1946 by Ernest Thiel, Plaintiff, against William A. Jahns, and Josephine Jahns, his wife, defendants, to secure specific performance of an earnest money contract to purchase land. The matter was tried to the court and on June 14, 1947 judgment of specific performance was entered. Defendant appeals. The material facts will be stated in the opinion.
