Thornton v. State

1 Thomas Marvin Thornton, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court of Oklahoma County for the offense of Possession of Marijuana; his punishment was fixed at a fine of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars and from said judgment and sentence a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
