Tillman Thomas v. Monna Patricia Thomas

Tillman Thomas appeals from a judgment awarding managing conservatorship of his daughter Ashley to her maternal grandmother, Monna Bishop. Tillman was awarded possessory conservatorship. Pat Thomas, Tillmans former wife and Ashleys mother, was awarded possessory conservatorship with supervised visitation. Tillman appeals on four points, alleging that there is no evidence or insufficient evidence to support the award of managing conservatorship to a non-parent, that the court erred in denying his paupers affidavit, and that the court erred in failing to award him attorneys fees. We will affirm the judgment.
