Tinsley v. Crespin

The same basic issues are involved in each of the above captioned actions. The trial court at a single hearing considered the questions presented, although no order was made consolidating the records which were maintained separately below and are lodged separately in this court. The reporters transcript of the hearing appears in cause No. 18599. On our own motion we have consolidated the above entitled actions for disposition by one opinion in this court.
