Tippit v. Lahr

This is an appeal from a judgment modifying the 1969 divorce decree that terminated the marriage of appellant Adrianna Tippit and appellee Billy Tippit. Appellant contends that the trial court erred in reopening and modifying the decree eleven years after its entry. We agree.
