C. B. TISDEL, T. T. Wilson and Eugene R. Gooden, plaintiffs in error, will hereinafter be referred to as defendants; the Central Savings Bank and Trust Company, a banking corporation, doing business at Denver, Colorado, as plaintiff, and the Northern Bank and Trust Company, a banking corporation, doing business at Greeley, Colorado, as the trust company. Plaintiff recovered judgment in the sum of $48,889.92 and costs against defendants and others upon their promissory note. The trial court having granted plaintiffs motion for a directed verdict, defendants prosecute this writ assigning as error the granting of the motion and the rendering of judgment thereon.
