Title Guarantee and Trust Co. v. Woody

CURTIS, J. -- Petitioner herein is an inmate of the State Prison at Folsom, California. He is now, and has been ever since the 7th day of June, 1928, in the custody of the warden under and by virtue of a warrant issued out of the Superior Court of Sacramento. By said warrant the warden of said State Prison was commanded to cause petitioner to be put to death in the manner and by the means then provided by the laws of this state for the execution of the death sentence.
