Toshiko Pickhover v. Smiths Management

This appeal involves a dispute between two defendants in a wrongful death action, Young Electric Sign Company ("YESCO") and Marveon, Inc. YESCO appeals the trial courts order holding YESCO responsible for any judgment against Marveon in the wrongful death action. We affirm.
