[U] Espitia v. Fouche

Before Brown, C.J., Anderson, P.J., and Snyder, J. 1 Linda Espitia appeals a money judgment of $12,129.57 entered in her favor and against Gordon Fouche, her former fiancÉ. Espitia contends that Fouche's admitted default on the parties' mediated agreement entitles her to $25,000 in liquidated damages. We agree with the trial court's analysis and affirm.
