Order AMENDING COURT'S OPINION OF SEPTEMBER 29, 1992 IT IS ORDERED, the opinion of September 29, 1992, is amended with the deletion of the last paragraph on page 6 of the Court's opinion which read as follows: A majority of the panel has determined this opinion will not be printed in the Washington Appellate Reports, but it will be filed for public record pursuant to RCW 2.06.040.
