Judgement affirmed and Opinion filed. February 1, 1996 O P I N I O N In this appeal, we are asked to decide if a promise from counsel to defendant regarding punishment resulted in an involuntary plea of guilty. Appellant, Iosif Fimberg, pleaded guilty to attempted sexual assault 1 and was sentenced by the trial court to seven years in prison. In a sole point of error, appellant contends his plea of guilty was involuntary as a result of ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm.
