¶1 Theresa E. Peltier appeals from a judgment of conviction for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance (first offense) in violation of WIS. STAT. § 346.63(1)(a). Peltier challenges the sufficiency of the evidence upon which the circuit court rendered its verdict. Viewing the evidence in a light most favorable to the verdict, we conclude that the evidence presented at trial was sufficient to determine that Peltier had operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. We affirm the judgment.
