Sonia Marie Garrett appeals denial of her petition to modify the parenting plan for her two youngest children. She argues that the superior court incorrectly denied her a hearing because (1) she was entitled to a mandatory hearing under the Parent Relocation Act, RCW 26.09.480; or alternately, (2) she satisfied the adequate cause requirement for a hearing under RCW 26.09.260. We disagree and affirm.
