[U[ Mortenson v. King County Police Department

Harold and Marjorie Mortenson appeal from a judgment on a jury verdict in favor of the King County Police Department (KCPD), the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), Adult Protective Services (APS), Denise Roth, and Ken Harris. The courts Instruction No. 30 to the jury was proper. The challenges to the courts other instructions were either not preserved for review or are not properly challenged on appeal. And the Mortensons are not entitled to an award of attorneys fees. We affirm.
