WASTE, C.J. This cause was taken over, upon petition, after a decision in the District Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District. Upon a reading of the record, and an examination of the authorities, we are satisfied that the opinion of that court, prepared by Mr. Presiding Justice Pullen, reached a correct conclusion upon the issue presented.
