United States National Bank of Denver v. Bartges

Defendant in error was plaintiff in the trial court. She brought this action against George P. Dickey her former husband. During the pendency of the action in the trial court Dickey died and plaintiffs in error, being the executors of his estate, were substituted as defendants.
