August Term 1999 Argued September 13, 1999 Appeal from judgments in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Kaplan, Judge), convicting defendants, after a jury trial, of participating in a narcotics conspiracy, and sentencing defendants in part based upon their lack of cooperation with the government following their convictions. Affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded.
