United States v. 000.00

This Section 1983 case concerns an appeal by a plaintiff from an order granting summary judgment in favor of two of the defendants on the grounds that they were entitled to absolute immunity as to some of their actions and that the statute of limitations had expired as to the remainder of their actions. We affirm the district courts order as to absolute immunity but reverse its finding as to the statute of limitations.
