Vanguard Insurance Co. v. Cantrell

Basically, the question is whether Vanguards homeowners policy or Allstates automobile liability policy covers injuries sustained by Mr. Cantrell as a consequence of certain conduct on the part of both companies insured, Browning. (We shall hereinafter refer to the parties as Vanguard, Allstate, Cantrell and Browning.)
