Vannerson v. Bd. of Regents of U. of Okl‪.‬

1 The defendants appeal from a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff/employee on theories of breach of contract and wrongful termination in violation of public policy. The Court of Appeals reversed the judgment of the trial court based upon this courts decision in Hinson v. Cameron, 742 P.2d 549 (Okla. 1987), concluding that Hinson did not recognize a public policy exception to the employee-at-will doctrine.
