Vanover v. Sullivan

Jennings C. Vanover appeals the magistrate judges entry of summary judgment against him in his action for social security disability benefits. We vacate the entry of summary judgment and remand the action to the district court with instructions to remand to the Secretary for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
