1. District court did not err in denying appellant's petition for resentencing under the current sentencing guidelines. 2. Error committed by the district court in refusing to transport appellant to his post-conviction relief hearing at state expense was not prejudicial. While it is the better practice in more serious felony cases to order the defendant present at a post-conviction relief hearing, the decision is ultimately within the discretion of the trial court.
