CHRISTIE, Chief Justice ORDER This 25th day of August, 1986, this Court having reviewed the briefs of the parties, it appears to the Court that: (1) Appellant, Virgil M. Runyon,(employee) was injured in an industrial accident on December 14, 1977 when he fell from a tractor-trailer while in the employ of appellee, Baker Driveaway, Co., Inc. (employer). The parties entered into a compensation agreement whereby the employee was to receive total disability benefits under the provisions of 19 Del.C. § 2324.
