Voigt and Another v. Voigt and Another

The executrix of the estate of Thomas Beaton and his insurer appeal from the whole of the judgment. Viola Voigt and Ruth Brandenburg, the plaintiffs, sued Robert Voigt and the insurer of the auto driven by Voigt, General Insurance Company of America, and Mary Ellen Beaton, as executrix of the estate of Thomas Beaton, and Beatons insurer, Auto-Owners Insurance Company. Viola Voigt and Ruth Brandenburg were passengers in the car driven by Robert Voigt at the time of the collision between such car and the car driven by Beaton.
