Vollmer v. City Milwaukee Et Al‪.‬

Action brought by Albert Vollmer against the City of Milwaukee and the Industrial Commission to have set aside the Commission's order dismissing Vollmer's application for payment of workmen's compensation. The court entered judgment vacating the Commission's order and remanded the record to the Commission with directions to determine the compensation due to Vollmer.
