Washington V. Hopper

This case deals with the sufficiency of an information charging assault challenged for the first time on appeal. Applying our recently announced decision in State v. Kjorsvik, 117 Wash. 2d 93, 812 P.2d 86 (1991), we hold that the charging document was complete, and affirm the conviction.
