We Call It Friday's

Samantha met Günther in the bank where she worked as a bank teller. It took a while for them to really get to know each other but Günther made the effort. Even if it meant standing in a queue until he could have a brief little chat. Their friendship progressed to meeting on a Friday for a cup of coffee. It was a very slow courtship and then all of a sudden it was like a surge. Günther needed to see Samantha every single day. After buying a house on a small holding Günther suddenly got scared and pulled back. He almost withdrew himself from their relationship. He felt he didn’t have anything to offer. Oh but Samantha wasn’t having any of that. If he was going to walk out of their relationship she would make sure he knew exactly how she felt. That was the moment that everything changed. The small holding became everything. It seemed to pull everyone together. Making the families even more of a family. And the family seemed to grow. Their lives took on a different direction.
