Young v. Childrens Memorial Hospital

Young In Hong, an American citizen of Korean ancestry, sued Childrens Memorial Hospital under Title VII, alleging that she was unlawfully discharged from her employment because of her national origin. The district court granted summary judgment for the defendant. We affirm.
