Young v. Langley

KEITH, Circuit Judge. Defendants, Carl E. Langley and Wilbur Bond, appeal the jury verdict for plaintiff, John B. Young, under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1982) for job discrimination. We affirm the jury verdict because defendants did not preserve their issues on appeal.
