Zackery Jackson v. State Delaware

1) On April 12, 1989, the defendant-appellant, zackery Jackson ("Jackson"), was convicted by a New Castle County Superior Court jury of Unlawful Sexual Contact in the Second Degree. On June 26, 1989, Jackson was sentenced to three years at Level V, suspended after one year for two years at Level II.
