Zarzana v. Ashley

In four issues, appellant Sam Zarzana appeals from the trial courts grant of summary judgment in favor of appellees Donald Ashley and Charles Ashley d/b/a Meineke Car Care #10 on his claims of negligence, fraud, violation of the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, and civil conspiracy. We affirm.
