Zebrowski and Associates v. City

Defendant-appellant Zebrowski and Associates, Inc. (Contractor) appeals from a judgment of the Boone Superior Court in favor of Citizens Gas & Coke Utility (Utility) in an action to recover the amount paid to one of Contractors employees in settlement of the employees action against the Utility for personal injury damages, and for attorney fees generated in connection with the action.
