Zebrowski v. State

The plaintiff in error, hereinafter defendant, was convicted of the murder of Donald Lee Roedl, contrary to the provisions of sec. 940.01, Stats. Trial was had to a jury. Defendants motion for a new trial was denied and the defendant has appealed from the judgment and order denying the motion for a new trial.
