'Amount Due' does not rely on special effects or anything fancy like that. It is a simple story, with a lot of dialogue, acting as a good vehicle on talents - Luke Croll Home Mortgage? Bank Foreclosure?

I was anxious to see what Mr. Sebar planned on doing with a premise that seems so mundane. It turned out my worries were unwarranted. The story was relevant yet witty, and characters convincing. I especially liked the subplot of the elderly couple whose lives were impacted by what transpired in Weasle Mortgage - Ken M. Lin
