Namaskar. This is a book written by young and energetic author Samrat Banerjee. It is written in Bengali, comprises 5 short stories of horror nature. This is the first version of e-book of the same with a target audience of aged 12+ and without any ceiling of highest age. Prime target audiences of the book are those who loves to read Horror stories and also fond off to read Bengali story books. I know there are numerous of such people spread through the corner to corner in this huge world. There is another angle of ghost story; whether ghosts are there or not? This question haunts us since a long period of time and also has created several unending debates. In one hand a group of people strongly believes on the existence of ghosts while another group cast their vote to the nonexistence of the same. Whatsoever is the result, one result found unconditionally that people of both groups possess a natural interest towards reading of ghost stories and rejoice most if it is written in their respective mother tongue/s or native language/s. Therefore, tried to create five stories with different tastes of horrors that may create a spine chilled uncanny feeling in the mind of its readers. This is with hope that in this era of mammoth pressure of English literature, this book will win the heart of numerous Bengali voracious readers.
